Welcome to Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd. Before using our products and services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms outline the relationship between you (referred to as "The Customer") and Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd.

1. Definitions

1.1. "Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd" refers to the company with its registered office at Manor Farm, Manor Road, Bexley, DA5 3LX, and company number 14190595.

1.2. "The Customer" denotes the person, company, or organisation purchasing goods or services from Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd, as indicated within the 'customer' section of all Company sales order/ecommerce/invoice documentation.

2. Retention of Title/Ownership

2.1. Legal ownership of any goods supplied shall remain vested in Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd until full payment of order/invoice monies has been received from 'The Customer.'

2.2. In the event that 'The Customer' obtains goods without making full payment, 'The Customer' accepts that Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd retains the right to demand and receive immediate settlement of all outstanding monies before transfer of ownership.

3. Payment

3.1. Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd standard payment terms are full payment with order.

3.2. Payments are accepted in (£) Pounds Sterling.

3.3. Accepted payment methods include Cheque, BACS (electronic banking), Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, and Electron.

3.4. For cheque-based orders, goods shall not be released until the cheque clears, and the funds credit Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd's bank account.

3.5. Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd actively works to prevent credit/debit card fraud. All card-based orders are subjected to cardholder name, address, and other security checks. The company reserves the right to require proof of identity and address.

3.6. Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd may undertake third-party searches, such as via its card processing organisation, to verify the validity of 'The Customer' card details.

3.7. 'The Customer' is responsible for providing their registered cardholder address promptly.

3.8. Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd reserves the right to alter standard payment terms if deemed appropriate or where special terms form part of a package deal or offer.

3.9. Orders may be rejected if details supplied by 'The Customer' fail security checks.

4. Delivery

4.1. Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd aims to fulfill all orders at the earliest opportunity, using its distribution infrastructure or external networks when necessary.

4.2. Delivery periods are provided in working days, accounting for public holidays and manufacturer transport operating weekdays only.

4.3. The delivery period starts from the point of cleared payment.

4.4. Deliveries are typically made between 6.30 am to 7.00 pm, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

4.5. Product delivery (supply only) is kerbside or driveway only. 'The Customer' accepts that materials will be placed within 2M of the delivery vehicle.

4.6. Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the manufacturing process or third-party carriers.

4.7. Delivery dates are estimated and may change due to force majeure. Alternate delivery dates will be provided.

4.8. 'The Customer' is responsible for providing free and unobstructed access for product delivery. Any failed, abortive, or return delivery charges shall be recovered from 'The Customer.'

4.9. Bulky products shall not be lifted over walls, fences, etc., for Health & Safety reasons.

4.10. If 'The Customer' is not available at the delivery point, drivers will continue delivery, and photographic evidence will be used as proof of delivery.

4.11. Responsibility of goods is passed to 'The Customer' at the point of delivery.

4.12. 'The Customer' must notify any access concerns to Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd at the point of order.

4.13. If 'The Customer' is not present at the delivery point, any claims of shortages will be null and void.

4.14. Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd will not bear abortive costs arising from 'The Customer' due to a failed delivery.

4.15. If 'The Company' attempts delivery but is unable to where 'The Company' is not at fault, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be deducted from monies held for canceled orders.

4.16. "Expected," "Typical," "Anticipated," and "Estimated" delivery dates do not imply guaranteed delivery dates.

4.17. 'Premium delivery service' requires 'The Customer' to provide working daytime contact telephone number(s).

4.18. If a 'premium delivery service' fails to occur on the expected date, Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd shall reimburse the cost of the 'premium delivery charge' up to the fee paid by 'The Customer.'

4.19. 'Premium delivery service' availability is subject to real-time stock levels at manufacturers. Refunds will be issued if the service cannot be provided.

4.20. 'The Customer' must make themselves available for contact prior to delivery.

4.21. Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by factors beyond its control.

4.21a. If Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd fails to deliver the products and becomes liable to the buyer, liability is limited to the invoice value of the products.

4.22. Delivery is only available to registered residential or commercial addresses in specific counties.

4.23. Delivery is restricted to the counties of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Greater London, Hertfordshire, Kent, Norfolk, Suffolk.

5. Shortages/Damages

5.1. 'The Customer' shall inspect goods and notify Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd within thirty days of receipt of any shortages or damages.

5.2. Shortage or damage reports should be submitted with details through writing, email, or telephone, along with requested pictures.

5.3. Approved claims within the specified period will result in replacement parts forwarded by the

 manufacturer within 5 to 10 working days.

5.4. Guarantee claims after the specified period will be considered at the manufacturer's discretion, not Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd.

6. Returns & Cancellations

6.1. The returns policy is available here.

7. Privacy

7.1. Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd is committed to protecting and respecting customer privacy.

7.2. Information collected is used lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

7.3. Personal details will not be shared with any other company, organisation, or third party, except as detailed in 7.4.

7.4. 'The Customer' contact information may be shared with manufacturers to enable direct delivery and communication.

7.5. 'The Company' will only use 'The Customer' contact details when necessary to discuss and fulfill their order.

7.6. Subscribers to 'The Company' email newsletter retain the right to unsubscribe at any time.

7.7. Previous customers will not be contacted post-sale for marketing purposes.

8. Security

8.1. Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd operates a secure e-commerce automated payment process, approved by all UK banks.

8.2. The secure encrypted environment is held upon a Cpanel certified secure server, operated by [Insert Hosting Provider].

8.3. The server facility operates at a 128-bit level of encryption.

8.4. All personal data entered by 'The Customer' via the website will be stored or transferred using the same 128-bit level of encryption.

9. Reviews

9.1. Reviews placed via email or the website shall remain anonymous, with no personal contact details shown.

9.2. No order-specific content should be submitted as replies are not possible due to the anonymous nature of reviews.

9.3. For all orders, 'The Customer' will receive an email 'review reminder' one day after delivery.

9.4. 'The Company' reserves the right to correct grammar in reviews.

9.5. Reviews submitted are subject to 'Company' vetting, with approval, disapproval, or display at the discretion of Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd.

9.6. For product improvement, reviews may be forwarded to the product manufacturer.

9.7. Only 'The Customer' has the ability to submit a product review.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1. Amendments to orders post-sale will incur a nominal £15 'Administration Charge.'

10.2. If the ordered product becomes unavailable, Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd reserves the right to provide an alternative product or arrange a refund.

10.3. 'The Customer' is responsible for the assembly and use of products. Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd is not liable for damage or personal injury caused by misuse.

10.4. 'The Customer' is responsible for painting timbers in optimal weather, understanding that Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd is not liable for claims related to warping, splitting, or twisting.

10.5. Timber is a natural product, and 'The Customer' accepts the inherent characteristics of splitting, warping, or twisting.

10.6. Images on the website are for illustration purposes only.

11. Law

11.1. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with UK Law.

11.2. All sales through Ash Fencing Supplies Ltd are subject to these terms and conditions.
